The 1200 series pressure sensor features stability and toughness via its CVD and ASIC design coupled with a thicker diaphragm. The thicker diaphragm enables these pressure transducer sensors to survive most pressure spikes caused by pump ripple, solenoid valves, etc. The 1600 series extends the packaging options by providing an all welded stainless steel back end for demanding industrial applications. A modular design allows special ordering of fittings, electrical cables, etc. for OEM applications. The ASIC and CVD technology enables Gems™ to offer almost any output over any pressure range.

By using a sputtered sensing element, which achieves a molecular fusion of a strain gauge material, an insulating material, and the 17-4 PH ss sensing element, the 4000 series transmitter provides the most stable sensor construction possible. These sputtered sensors are packaged for harsh applications requiring long term submersible service where precise laboratory type measurements are required.
Also in the 4000 series pressure transmitter is a range of high performance amplified sensors with voltage and current outputs. These laboratory specification sensors utilize the same thin film sensor as 4000.

By integrating a 1 amp relay into the stem, we've made the ULS-11 our most compact ultrasonic unit. Yet, as unobtrusive as it is, the ULS-11 still delivers ultra-reliable solid-state performance in lengths up to 99 inches (2515 mm). Tip gap probe configuration places sensing point at 1/4 inch (6 mm) from probe tip for closer tank bottom sensing. Electronics are completely epoxy sealed for years of maintenance free service.
