AT2E specializes in torque tests, tightness tests (bubble tests), pressure testing, vacuum testing, leak testing, push and pull tests, crushing, compression, strength stretching, tearing , fluid Analysis (CO2) pressure, vacuum, but also in testing the strength of packaging: explosion, burst, swelling, burst tests for glass and PET) resistance to axial forces called Top Load Test.

In addition AT2E also offers a wide range of devices for dimensional measurements: Squareness of bottles and preforms, thickness measurement by probe or thickness measurement performed by magnetic bead (Hall Effect), measurement of height, concentricity, control of can seam, diameter control. For analysis of material distribution during the bottle blowing, AT2E recommends using the hot wire bottle cutter. AT2E provides remote and on-site consultation to assist you in the implementation of your tests.
 

Our range consists of seven large families of products:

TORQUE TESTER

The torque tester (also called torque meter) available in two configurations: manual or automatic (automatic for consistent performance with reduced operator influence). Range TMV and ADATMV
The ADATMV as an option can also perform a Cork extraction test

For packaging lines, we offer two control systems for couples control and calibration checks. The BT ETA COUPLE (Bottle torque control for screw head, wireless) and the BT ETA 5 (with wire and remote display). We also provide online and stand-alone systems for TORQUE CONTROL called “ZC LINE”.
 

LEAK TESTER

VACUUM LEAK TESTERS models ECO VLT, VLT D PLC and VLT. These devices perform tests in vacuum or pressurization test for bottles, pouches, jars, vials and other blisters.

VISUAL LEAK DETECTION
Bubble test instrument.  Pressurized space (Head Space) between the liquid and the cap increases until the test product reveals a leak.
The ECO SSA, SSA D and SSA PLC (secure seal analyzer) are configured in three types of devices from very simple to the more sophisticated unit to perform your tests.

TEST OF RESISTANCE TO COMPRESSION OR STRETCHING - PUSH PULL TEST - TOP LOAD TEST

We offer analog and digital dynamometers that can be used independently or fixed on test benches, manual or motorized. These devices perform peel tests, push tests or pull tests on all type of packaging.
The TCT is a multifunction model driven through touch screen, ultra modern and easy to use for compression and pulling tests.
We offer two devices specifically intended for the online measure placed under screwing or seaming heads namely the BT ETA FORCE (wireless) and the BT ETA FORCE SHF (wired and with remote display). These devices are delivered with a bottle or can shape and used for control support.

PACKAGING RESISTANCE TEST
The Burst testers, for PET (PBBT) and for Glass (GBBT) are available in single and dual-position. They control the pressure to expand and / or explode PET and glass. The device has a very intuitive touch screen, ultra modern and extremely easy to setup cycles in detail. The instruments include software for storing and managing the statistical results of your tests.
In addition we offer the BTLT (Bottle Top load tester) This device can perform the test of resistance to pressure (down-force) vertical deformation to rupture. The suggested maximum force is 2200 kgf.

MEASUREMENT OF PRESSURE, INTERNAL VACUUM and CO2

AT2E offers two types. of equipment in this family:
Measuring devices for CO2 by pressure – temperature method. A simple device that pierces the sample and performs a stirring motion to stabilize the CO2. During the piercing a probe measures pressure (and temperature as an option).  CO2 content is then calculated using corresponding tables.
CO2 Tester models offered: CO2 easy, CO2 DM, CO2 DA and CO2 AA.

PVT pressure and vacuum testers perform internal pressure, vacuum level measurements.. These devices are equipped analog or digital gauges for measuring the internal pressure levels of packaging.

DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENTS / PERPENDICULARITY

Our of instruments for measuring the perpendicularity can be adapted to your packaging:
Our  PPG, (analog or digital versions) measure the perpendicularity of preforms.
The PBPT is for PET bottles and GBPT for glass bottles for measuring the perpendicularity of this type of bottles.

These devices are available with an optional computer interface.

These devices are equipped with digital height gauges (measuring the height of the packaging)

MESURING THE THICKNESS OF PACKAGING:

The PTG measures the thickness of the pre-forms.
The BTG measures the thickness of glass bottles.

AT2E now offers modern meter of packaging thickness with a very high accuracy (0.001 mm)

 The AMTG (Accurate Magnetic Thickness Gauge) This device for thickness measurement uses the method of magnetic radiation (Hall effect). Simply insert a steel ball (supplied by AT2E) in your package and with the help of a magnetic sensor, the measurement is performed. The data can be stored and uploaded to a personal computer.

ANALYSIS OF CANS AND ANALYSIS OF PREFORMS BLOWING.

Cans:
Our new Seam Check analyzes the can seaming .The measurement is done automatically by a last generation-accurate lens. The data are stored with the images of the measurements. (software is delivered with the SEAM CHECK -1)
Saws for cutting seams are also available (ANSS = anti noise seam saw)
Cup bottle:
The HWBC (hot wire cutter bottle) allows accurate cutting of PET bottles after blowing. This allows the analysis of the distribution of the material during blow molding by weighing after cutting.
