This is a pressure type water level gauge by using Quartz oscillator which has high accuracy, high durability, and wide measuring range. It is suitable for accurate water level observation for river, irrigation, and dam:

  • Series is a water-gate opening indicator by directly measuring a shaft rotation of hoisting device of water gate (suitable for Sluice, Radial or submersible Derricking gate).
  • Measured data is indicated by hand on large scale board, and optional 3 type sensors (Synchro transmitter, Potentiometer, Limit switch) are able to mount as option for output signal.

  • RTX1000 Series is water gate opening indicator by measuring a length of paying-out of wire which is directly connected to the gate body, and wire loosening will be rolled up by a spring (Available for radial gate and sluice gate)
  • Directly measurement of the gate position by dedicated wire
  • Wire tension is secured by spiral spring and no need for counterweight
  • Accuracy is not affected by conditions of gate hoist
  • Can be installed at existing gate
  • Max.12m measuring range(Normally 10m or less)
  • Good visibility by analog indication
  • Optional 4 type sensors can be embedded (Synchro transmitter, A/D-converter, Potentiometer, Limit switch)

Synchronous devices (synchros) are widely used in rapidly diversifying automation (FA) system field as highly precise and reliable positioning sensors.

Application: remote indication & measurement, synchronized operation, positioning control.

In a synchro, the rotor magnetic field rotational angle is induced in the stator three-phase coil. like small AC motors, induction-type rotational-angle transmitters have a reputation as highly reliable sensors with more resistance to vibration, temperature, and noise than electronics, magnetic, and photoelectric sensors.

  1. SEDIMENT DISASTER MONITORING AND DETECTION SYSTEM

Currently, floods and landslides with debris flow in the highlands and mountains are increasingly common due to the impact of extreme natural disasters and destruction of nature, so installation of warning systems for occurrence flow derris is very necessary and meaningful. Takuwa with Japanese advanced technology has successfully consulted and installed a number of projects in ASIA region for such above issue, we are proud to introduce to Customers of some products for forecast of natural disaster as follows:

  • Wire sensor : detect occurrence of debris flow when the wire is cut by sediment passes through
  • Vibration sensor: detect occurrence of debris flow by debris flow vibration
  • Warning Device: receive the signals from wire sensor and vibration sensor, and issue alarm siren and light for resident people to evacuate
